Translation of the opening speech

I started composing this work in 2020, when the whole world celebrated the 75th anniversary of the victory over the Nazis. The Sonata is dedicated to the memory of dead soldiers. The first movement is a picture of the field after the battle. The second movement is memories and a prediction of a brighter future. The third movement – Lamento – is a cry for the dead soldiers, as well as a prayer. The fourth movement is called “The End of a War”.

00:05:05 2nd movement
00:07:15 3rd movement
00:10:37 Finale
